Supply Base
Fjord Base is Norway's largest supply base, with over 1000 decares of developed land and extensive infrastructure. Since its establishment in 1985, the base has built extensive experience in property development, logistics, and operations. Fjord Base serves as the primary supply base for the Snorre, Visund, and Gjøa fields. In addition to offshore activities, Fjord Base actively works to facilitate new industries and sectors, including offshore wind, fossil-free fuels, and other green initiatives.
Fjord Base hosts 65 companies, forming one of the most dynamic industrial clusters in Western Norway. With over 650 employees, Fjord Base is a significant employer in Kinn municipality, creating positive ripple effects throughout the region.
The Fjord Base Group offers land rental and develops tailored buildings to meet clients’ needs. We have extensive experience in project planning and maintain close and productive dialogue with the municipality.

The Fjord Base Group manages 1060 decares of developed land with accompanying infrastructure. Additionally, we have areas under development toward the west. We offer rental of both gravel and paved areas, with access to electricity, drainage, and water. Areas near the quays are available for both short- and long-term rental. Through our partners, we can also offer rental of modules equipped with office space, restrooms, lunchrooms, and more.
At Fjord Base, there are around 75 different buildings, ranging from simple storage halls and modern administrative buildings to advanced workshop facilities. The Fjord Base Group offers all types of facilities tailored to customer needs, both in existing buildings and new constructions.
The Fjord Base Group offers complete rental solutions for buildings, including janitorial services, reception, and cafeteria.
